Folds of Honor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military service members and first responders, ensuring their families receive the opportunity and support they deserve through education. Founded in 2007 by Lt. Col. Dan Rooney, the organization has awarded tens of thousands of scholarships nationwide, guided by the mission “Honor Their Sacrifice. Educate Their Legacy.” Each summer, Red Hen Taphouse hosts its annual Folds of Honor Golf Tournament to raise funds and awareness for this impactful cause, bringing the community together to support families who have sacrificed so much in service to our country and communities.  We have been fortunate enough to donate a college scholarship each year since starting our annual golf tournament.
